Origins brings years of experience in delivering award winning patient focused insights, working closely with clients including Pharma and Biotech organisations on how to involve, understand and engage with patients across the entire product lifecycle. Our clients now want us by their side from early stage market assessments, throughout clinical development and lifecycle management, to improve their patient focus and in doing so increase the value of their products.

Miranda Gladding Dini
Chief Operating Officer and Head of Healthcare Communications
I am an experienced senior leader within the healthcare communications industry, with a strong track record of building successful, purpose-driven, people-first agency cultures. I am equally passionate about developing and leading high-performing agency teams as I am about establishing lasting client relationships.
I work with my team to partner with clients and agency teams to transform insights into action and deliver meaningful results. I am particularly passionate about helping clients to develop strategic plans to address complex challenges, to create engaging narratives for their corporate and franchise stories, and to effectively prepare for and manage issues, as well as facilitating internal and external meetings.

Head of Patient Strategy
I work with our clients to understand what they are trying to achieve and design strategies and programmes that ensure their success. I am a passionate advocate internally and externally for the value of the patient voice.
Apart from the amazing team, I get joy from helping our clients understand how they can improve other people’s lives by listening and engaging. My favourite thing to hear from a client is “wow, I never knew that, that is so powerful”.
As the second longest serving member of staff within the group I am the go-to for historical information about the last ten years! I am the Resonant Group Wikipedia!
Sheetal Padania
Head of Patient Services
I’m responsible for designing insights projects based on our clients’ strategy and objectives. I lead the team to ensure all projects hit deadlines and meet our clients’ needs. I have been working in healthcare market research for over 15 years, and still love ensuring the patient voice is heard.
I love that my job at Origins involves interviewing patients and caregivers; hearing their stories, and making (even a small) difference to their lives. At times we dig deep and cover some very sensitive topics, and at other times we go broad and survey populations of patients. Every time it feels like a privilege to be able to listen to the views of patients and caregivers.
I am a qualified mental health first aider, supporting colleagues across the Group who may need help or support. I am also a member of the Resonant Inclusion Council, assisting the company to be a diverse and inclusive place of work. Our mission is to sustain an environment where anyone from any background can do the best work of their lives.
